A new phenomenon is occurring around the globe: a series of jet streams have been leveling entire cities, bringing down airplanes, and leaving nothing untouched.  Debbie Boe, a young scientist, and Dr. Steve Simpson, a meteorologist, team up to get to the bottom of what is causing these twisters.
