Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1

Aadhitya Karikalan, the crown prince, assigns a duty to Vandhiyathevan ,Vannar clan's charming prince to convey a message to the King (Sundara Chozhan) and Princess (Kundavai) of the chola dynasty. The narrative alternates between the travels of Vandiyathevan in the Chola dynasty and that of the youthful Prince Arulmozhi Varman in Sri Lanka.
