The Vord

An ancient Nordic entity known as The Shadow corrupts a priest to secure the coveted soul of a woman so he may deliver her as a gift to secure redemption. The promise of salvation offered is a lie. But The Shadow, filled with guilt for sins he did not commit, cannot find comfort in his innocence. Maria is caught between her Pagan Asatru upbringing and the Church, and she must find a way to resist the darkness of The Shadow.
