In the 1920's the Rialto Square Theater hosted famous entertainers and vaudeville stars. But in the 1930's an accident took place right outside the theater where a little boy was hit by a car and then later dies inside. People in the theater have since claimed to see the little boy, who they named Kevin, and experienced other eerie paranormal activity.
